Assistant Supervisor - Compositor
Responsible for the work delivered by the department. Establishes, in collaboration with the Department Supervisor, the working methods of his team, taking into account the requirements of the pipeline, both technical/methodological, present and future. Supervises, guides and develops team and acts as mentor of respective specialty.
Activities:
1. Build a team for bidding support and hold responsibility
2. Plan and coordinate technical aspects for the show
3. Identify implementable best practices
4. Define competency levels and achieve competency index for the practice
5. Plan and execute knowledge sharing sessions
6. Continuously review and update recruitment tools and training modules
7. Create and manage the repository of show reels for future showcases
8. Identify areas of automation for pipeline efficiency
Competencies:
- Thorough understanding of the Pipeline
- Must have great interpersonal and communications skills
- Capable of motivating and leading large teams with enthusiasm
- Calm and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to manage time and balance priorities
- Experience with Tactic, an asset
- Must be available for flexible schedules / shift
